Farewell.

Im closing this blog with a poem from my favorite poet. Many people refer to Tupac Amaru Shakur as a rapper, but he was much more than that. He was a poet, an artist, a visionary.

 Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Provin nature's laws wrong it learned how to walk without havin feet
Funny it seems but, by keepin its dreams

 You see you wouldn't ask why the rose that grew from the concrete
had damaged petals. On the contrary, we would all celebrate its
tenacity. We would all love it's will to reach the sun.
Well, we are the rose - this is the concrete - and these are
my damaged petals. Don't ask me why, thank God nigga, ask me how!

SPRING BREAK!!

Every college student dreams of Spring Break. Or should I say most of them. I think its the thrill of being able to go out and participate in things you have NO BUSINESS doing. My first time participating in the SB festivities was actually this year... last week to be exact. Me and a couple of  my girls took a trip to South Padre Island, and lets just say I didn't drink much water. The hardest part of my break was spending that week away from my boyfriend. That guy deserves his own blog post so i'm not even going to touch on that this go around. But lets just say absence make the heart grow stronger. Wow did the subject of this blog change.... well I forgot my thought now. :(

Due For An Introduction...

Hi, my name is Anonymous, but you can call me Cay. That's pronounced Kay... but with a C. I know that introduction is a bit cliché but hey, this is a class assignment lol. This is kind of a weird moment bc as I am typing, I think I am actually going to like this assignment. In case you were wondering Cay isn't my real name, but just in case I decide to log on and vent about my personal life experiences....I think I may keep it that way. I Don't know what else to say, soooo here's some waves. :)
